3. Independent Status & Non-Affiliation

AirTrip and the participating third-party service providers are independent entities. Neither AirTrip nor the participating providers are Delta Air Lines, Inc., any other airline, or official airline customer support centers.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Delta Air Lines, Inc. or any other airline. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive, identification, and nominative purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Fees

Participating independent service providers may charge their own separate service, booking, or administrative fees for travel assistance. These provider fees are charged in addition to any airline ticket prices, government taxes, airport fees, or airline-imposed change/cancellation penalties.

AirTrip does not determine, collect, or retain these service fees. Before agreeing to any booking, ticket change, or payment, always ask the representative to clearly explain all applicable service fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

5. Caller Inquiries and Verification

We encourage callers to verify the identity of the service provider who answers, review all itinerary details carefully before providing payment authorization, and obtain a written confirmation and receipt directly from the service provider for any transaction conducted over the phone.
